Okay, here are the rest of our vacation photos. (Well, not ALL of them!) We spent the second half of our vacation with my parents in Virginia. We had a little vacation rental near Blacksburg. It was right along the river & was so quiet & peaceful. One day we did go up to see the Cascades, but other than that, we didn't do much except relax.

Great pictures - looks like you all had a good time! Relaxing is the only way to have a vacation!
Hmmmm....Is it just my imagination, or do pastors seemingly have more time off than anybody else I know?
Nah....I'm just kidding. I had acutally thought about becoming a pastor simply because of the vacation time, until I learned that I would have to make a lot of money at it too. And I said, "No way!" I'm just not one of those materialistic folks. :-)
Shari, Wow! I love all these photos! Your photography is amazing. And so neat to see your parents in "grandpa and grandma" mode. They look so happy.
I loved your vacation photos on the next post, too. We have it very tentatively planned to take a Washington D.C. trip with our boys during our time in the States for deputation in 2009. We'll see if the plan materializes. I want my boys to know and see the history of their country.
Have a good day!
